We offer you a spacious ground floor apartment with a large garden in the countryside in close proximity to the beautiful city of Oldenburg (8 km to the center). The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The apartment is 115sqm in size and offers sleeping facilities for up to 8 people (3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a cot crib, one with a double bed and bunk bed and one with a double bed separated from the living room by a sliding door).
The equipment is especially selected for families with children. The large garden is fenced and completely separate from the landlord's garden on the other side of the house. Here you can lie undisturbed in the sun, have a barbecue, enjoy the natural surroundings or sit on the private terrace.
The surrounding area invites you to a variety of activities: start your jogging or cycling tour right on the doorstep. Five (simple) bicycles for adults are available. The apartment is also the ideal starting point for day trips to the East Frisian coast or to Holland.

Summary: The listing intrigued us as the property was very close to my father's hometown. Upon checking in, we found the home to be better than advertised. The listing photos do not do it justice. The home was clean. The managers were respectful of our privacy and, yet, made themselves available for our every need. We hope this location is available for the next time we visit the area. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Summary: We have stayed here twice now, and found it welcoming and a perfect home from home. It is a fantastic place for a large family and for us it was also ideal for inviting friends over for a meal as the rooms open out to create a unique living space.

Summary: Beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped apartment . The setting is very idyllic and quiet. We didn't use the garden seeing that we were there in February, but in Summer it must be beautiful. We will be back.

Summary: A nice and spacious holiday home. Loved the views and the big garden. Lots to do and to see around. Very nice and helpful family. Ideal for families with children, a very complete holiday home.

Summary: The house is in a fairly quiet place in between farmland with mostly wheat and no livestock. There is a large garden around where some nice old big trees provide plenty of shade. Garden toys, a BBQ and bikes can be found in the shed. It’s a completely rebuild old farmhouse with plenty of room. The shape and style outside is still old but inside everything is new, except for the rather old dishwasher but it works. It’s located at the end of a road so no traffic at all unless you go about 400 metres to the main road. There’s a small river, the Lethe, nearby but separated by a wheat field so kids won’t easily fall into it. The very friendly owners, a couple with kids, live in the same building. All in all a lovely house to stay for your holidays.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was put together with love and care. Booking the rental was prompt and friendly. We arrived to a very clean and quiet accommodation. The apartment stayed nicely cool during the summer heat. There was abundant space for our family of four and was stocked with everything you need. Kitchen supplies were in pristine condition, nice linens, and even some toys for the children (our son used the soccer ball and net constantly!). A very easy drive into Oldenburg. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in the area and would like the peace and quiet of the countryside.
